Act to Support the Combustible Dust Explosion and Fire Prevention Act (HR 5522)
This legislation would require OSHA to set a standard on combustible dust, which would mitigate the probability of accidental explosions.

Thank you to all who called the governor's office... we won! By strengthening penalties for wage/hour violators, the Commonwealth will send a strong message to employers who simply don't pay their employees when they promise.
