Take Action to pass HB 2407 to prohibit the use and sale of highly flammable floor finishing products

A bill that would prohibit the use and sale of highly flammable floor finishing products for commercial wood floor finishing operations (House Bill 2407) Public Safety and Homeland Security may soon be in the hands of the House Ways and Means Committee. Take Action to pass HB 1866, SB 1088 to extend OSHA protections to public employees

The Public Sector OSHA (House Bill 1866, Senate Bill 1088) bill, which extends OSHA health and safety protections to public employees recently moved through its committee and is now in Senate Ways and Means. Take Action to pass SB 2481, An Act Providing for Safer Alternatives to Toxic Chemicals

Send a postcard, take a picture of yourself and co-workers or family and contact your representative!  There are a number of things you can do right now to ensure toxic chemicals don't affect our loved ones.

Act to Support the Combustible Dust Explosion and Fire Prevention Act (HR 5522)

This legislation would require OSHA to set a standard on combustible dust, which would mitigate the probability of accidental explosions.

Act to Oppose HB 1791, An Act Relative to Child Labor Law
