Join the Massachusetts AFL-CIO, Assistant to the President of the AFL-CIO Stewart Acuff, workers, labor leaders, elected officials, and the labor-community coalition Jobs with Justice in gathering outside of a seminar on union-busting and demonstrating why we need the Employee Free Choice Act Now!

On Wednesday, August 20th, an anti-union consulting firm will hold a seminar at the Sheraton Commander Hotel in Cambridge to instruct local employers on how to keep their workplace union-free. Please join us in telling them that union-busting won’t be tolerated and help us call on Congress and our next President to pass the Employee Free Choice Act, which will restore workers’ freedom to join unions and bargain collectively for better wages and benefits free of employer harassment. Polls have shown that over 60 million Americans would join a union if given a fair opportunity to do so. The Employee Free Choice Act would give them a fair and free chance to obtain union representation on the job.
