Jeff Newton

Jeff joined MassCOSH in the summer of 2010, as its Membership and Communications Coordinator. Prior to MassCOSH, Jeff worked at the Gay Men’s Domestic Violence Project (2008-2009) as head of development where he oversaw the creation of dynamic fundraising vehicles and improved the organization's community relations. From 2006-2007, Newton worked for the Massachusetts Affordable Reliable Electricity Alliance as its program coordinator where he advocated for improved electrical infrastructure in New England and headed media relations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for National COSH and previously volunteered with Fenway Community Health and the Greater Boston Business Council. He is a graduate of the University at Albany where he earned a Bachelor of Art in Rhetoric and Communications and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology. He is an alumnus of Pi Sigma Epsilon.
