Sean Flaherty

Sean is the managing partner at Keches Law Group, P.C. where he has worked with injured workers for the past 12 years. He is a former member of the Ironworkers Union Local 7. He represents workers in all phases of workers' compensation litigation, Social Security Disability claims, as well as cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination and tort cases. Before joining the firm, he interned with the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office.

Since 2012, he has been the Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Bristol County Bar Association where he has served since 2011. A recipient of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Excellence in The Law Award from 2011 – 2016, he was also recently named in Boston Magazine's Super Lawyers edition as one of Massachusetts' "Rising Stars". He received his bachelor's degree from Quinnipiac University and earned his law degree from New England School of Law. He believes he would fit in well with the organization and its structure and wants to support the mission & vision of MassCOSH.
