Francisca Sepulveda

Immigrant Worker Center Director

Fran was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. She came to Boston in 2018 to pursue a Master’s at the Hult International Business School, where her studies focused on nonprofit management, communications and development.

Liam Quinn

Youth Programs Director

Liam grew up in New York City and lived in Washington DC while attending Georgetown University. As a student, Liam dedicated his studies to learning about race, colonialism and empire, involved in movement organizing. His lived experience as an Afro-Panamanian has informed and motivated much of his social justice work.

For over 20 years, Al has worked primarily in the nonprofit social justice field with a focus on using worker safety and health to engage all workers to become more empowered in their workplaces and engaged citizens in their communities to advocate for good jobs and a better quality of life for all.

Rick Rabin

Trainer & Technical Consultant

Richard Rabin has been a volunteer with MassCOSH for over 30 years. He directed the Occupational Lead Poisoning Registry at the Massachusetts Department of Labor for over 20 years.  He has published several articles on both child and adult lead poisoning.  He also initiated the first lawsuit against the lead paint industry.

Ana Rodriguez

Administrative Associate

Ana brings more than 20 years of administrative experience to MassCOSH. She has held positions with the Boston Center for Youth & Families at the Blackstone Community Center and the Southwest Boston Community Development Corporation. Ana’s interests include the art of makeup, cooking, and spending time with her partner Jacques, who is a Local 7 Ironworker member for over two decades.
