How we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use MassCOSH.org, forms, and related communications.

Massachusetts Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health ("MassCOSH," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share through masscosh.org and related online services we operate (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, organization or employer, and any information you submit through contact forms, newsletter signups, event registrations, volunteer forms, intake forms, surveys, or donations.

• Information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general location information derived from IP address.

• Donation or payment-related information processed through secure third-party providers. Unless expressly stated at the point of collection, MassCOSH does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide services, resources, trainings, and program communications.

• To process donations, event registrations, and other transactions.

• To send newsletters, organizational updates, and advocacy communications, subject to your communication preferences.

• To improve website performance, user experience, and security.

• To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and operations of MassCOSH and the communities we serve.

3. How We Share Information

MassCOSH does not sell personal information.

• We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, process donations, manage email communications, support event registration, or provide technical services.

The Site is not directed to children under 13 for general public data collection. If MassCOSH learns that personal information has been collected online from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization where required, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.
