He joined MassCOSH with experience in project assistance and a strong background in community-facing service and relationship building. His prior work spans food service leadership, customer communication, and team training roles across the Boston area.
Theodore studied Sociology at Suffolk University. He is committed to supporting the labor community and aiding in any way he can.
