Theodoro Lucier serves as MassCOSH's Organizational Grants Manager, coordinating grant reporting, invoicing, and administrative support that keep the organization's programs running smoothly.
He joined MassCOSH with experience in project assistance and a strong background in community-facing service and relationship building. His prior work spans food service leadership, customer communication, and team training roles across the Boston area.
Theodoro studied sociology at Suffolk University and continues coursework in creative writing at Southern New Hampshire University. He is committed to supporting MassCOSH staff and members with reliable, detail-oriented grants management.
