Provide Fair Wages for Agricultural Workers
Abolishes the substandard agricultural minimum wage and extends overtime protections to Massachusetts farmworkers, ensuring the same wage rights as other essential workers.
Provide One Fair Wage
Eliminates the tipped subminimum wage and raises the minimum wage to $15 per hour for all workers, including tipped service workers disproportionately affected by the pandemic.
