Tania Shadari serves as MassCOSH’s Communications and Development Coordinator, supporting fundraising, newsletters, social media, and storytelling that connect workers and allies to the fight for safe, healthy jobs. She shines a light on leadership skills, knowledge, and confidence to advocate for safe, healthy, and equitable workplaces.
A graduate of Lasell University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications, Tania brings experience in human resources, communications, youth engagement, and organizational leadership. Her professional background includes workforce compliance, employee relations, strategic communications, event coordination, and community outreach, providing a strong foundation for educating and mentoring future worker leaders.
Driven by a commitment to worker justice and youth empowerment, Tania is passionate about preparing the next generation to recognize workplace hazards, understand labor protections, and lead positive change in their schools, workplaces, and communities. Her work reflects MassCOSH's mission of advancing worker health, safety, dignity, and leadership across the Commonwealth.
