Stop Wage Theft
Clarifies employer responsibility for upholding labor standards and gives the Attorney General and workers additional tools to hold violators accountable and recover wages wrongfully taken.
Provide One Fair Wage
Eliminates the tipped subminimum wage and raises the minimum wage to $15 per hour for all workers, including tipped service workers disproportionately affected by the pandemic.
Provide Fair Wages for Agricultural Workers

Protects all employees from abusive workplace treatment regardless of protected class status, giving severely bullied workers the right to seek damages and requiring employers to prevent and respond to bullying.
